Monthly payments
Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from the account provided by the client. Client may also pay full balance of membership in advance (up to 3 years). If a payment is declined the client will be charged a $25.00 fee. (Please contact us to avoid insufficient funds transaction).
Scheduling
Window cleaning request shall be made at least 3 days in advance when possible. Exceptions may be made for emergency and special occasions. Window cleaning request during holiday seasons must be made in a timely manner, preferably 2-3 weeks in advance.
Rescheduling of service must be requested with 48 hours of Scheduled appointment
Client is responsible for contacting ABW if agreed upon appointment date and or time needs to be changed or cancelled. Client will be Charged a fueling fee of $25.00 if service date/time change is not properly communicated to A.B.W.
Membership Cancellation
Client is agreeing to a one year commitment based upon the terms and conditions of this membership. If the membership is cancelled prior to the fulfillment of the one year commitment, the client will be charged the remaining balance for the service year, to be paid immediately upon termination.
Each cancellation/termination will be reviewed on a case by case basis (i.e. hardships, loss of work, military moves w/ orders).
ABW retains the right to terminate any membership with or without cause.
ABW has set forth these terms in good faith; our clients/ members will continue to support our growth and development. We strive to provide quality service at a reasonable cost.
