How it works......
Based upon the number of windows you have in your home, our Arlington window cleaning membership includes full interior and exterior cleaning, or you may choose your preferred service.
Desired service can be decided upon when your appointment is scheduled.
Preset, recurring appointments are available, along with provisions for special occasions and emergency window cleaning.

Terms and Conditions:
Monthly payments will be automatically deducted from the account provided by the client. Clients may also pay the full balance of the membership in advance (up to 3 years). If a payment is declined, the client will be charged a $25.00 fee (please contact us to avoid insufficient funds transactions).
Scheduling:
Window cleaning requests should be made at least 3 days in advance when possible. Exceptions may be made for emergency and special occasions. Window cleaning requests during holiday seasons must be made in a timely manner, preferably 2-3 weeks in advance. For DFW pressure works, please plan accordingly.
Rescheduling of service must be requested within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
Clients are responsible for contacting ABW if the agreed-upon appointment date and/or time needs to be changed or cancelled. Clients will be charged a fueling fee of $25.00 if the service date/time change is not properly communicated to A.B.W.
Membership Cancellation:
Clients agree to a one-year commitment based on the terms and conditions of this membership. If the membership is cancelled before fulfilling the one-year commitment, the client will be charged the remaining balance for the service year, to be paid immediately upon termination.
Each cancellation/termination will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis (i.e., hardships, loss of work, military moves with orders).
ABW retains the right to terminate any membership with or without cause.
ABW has set forth these terms in good faith; our clients/members will continue to support our growth and development. We strive to provide quality service at a reasonable cost.
